There's a reason I said generally - and that's because *most* of the time you won't want to be overriding it.... had I said *never* override, then you might have cause for editing, but as it is, I just can't see your side.... I will wait 5 minutes for a counter-argument before reversal. Waited a hell of a lot longer without reply... changing it. I don't like to have edit wars.... so just reply so we can work this out..... changing back in 5 minutes if you don't...

What does it matter if there's no mention about it? The point is there are no functions in Garry's Mod that you should overwrite, it's always better to create a new one. There's not really any specific need to mention it here. Simply saying it's a function and not a hook is more than enough in my opinion. --Crazy Quebecer 03:13, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
