| Ontario Regiment Gaming | Formerly a Counter- Strike: Source CAL Gaming League Gaming group, Ontario Regiment Gaming has been around since 2006 unofficially. In the fall 2007 a member of the Steam Group Trogdor Gaming, Lt. Rico, and Aerrow of Ontario Regiment Gaming decided to rent a small 11 slot css server for easier training for the team. In a month the server was packed with members on the weekends and the rest of the time random players. We started a small website (ontario-regiment-gaming.org), and it was bad. However the site forums gained a following. My the Winter 2008 the website, the servers shut down for a week and remerged as Critical Kill gaming, because of a member split the rest of the high ranking members left -CCG- and joined Drae Ryan in Final Headshot Gaming, A Garry’s Mod Roleplaying group. With Aerrow (aka Brodie), Drae, and a former group wondered Uly started up servers under Final Headshot Gaming. In 2009 Drae left, and four months later Uly left. Aerrow changed the name to Ontario Regiment Gaming again, and then opened a new website. Many other server changes occurred the rest of the year. In 2010 Brodie joined Matt and Nathan and kept the name Ontario Regiment Gaming (because we all live in Ontario) however we now have members everywhere. Ontario Regiment Gaming has now grown to have many servers including a special custom game mode that Brodie has made. We now run that, our famous Spacebuild server, Roleplay, and a Build Combat Server. We will continue to grow with the help of our loyal admin staff and our new members. |
